1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Flowset for any service or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients and visitors.
2. Services
Flowset provides website design and development, digital marketing, and business automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal issued to the client.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined in individual project proposals. Flowset typically requires a deposit before work commences. Failure to make payments on schedule may result in work being paused. All quotes are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom work created specifically for them (designs, code, content). Flowset retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
5. Revisions & Scope
Each project proposal specifies the number of revision rounds included. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed specification may incur additional charges, which will be agreed in writing before work proceeds.
6. Confidentiality
Flowset treats all client business information, data, and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Flowset's total liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, revenue, or data.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. In the event of client-initiated termination, fees for work completed to date remain payable. Deposit amounts are non-refundable once work has commenced.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
